Conditions of the External Referrals Plan

The following conditions obey the external referral plan organized by the recruitment team of the Whitestack company. We ask you to read carefully, since by participating in the program, you understand and expressly accept what is described here.

 Conditions

1. Our vacancies are aimed at attracting candidates residing in the following countries: Chile, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia.
2. The referred candidates must be adults with current legal documentation (work permits in the country where they reside).
3. For the recommendation to be valid, as soon as a candidate is referred to, the recruitment team will contact the person inviting him/her to participate in the process. If the person satisfactorily agrees and participates in all the rounds proposed for hiring, the hiring will proceed. The decision to hire or not is solely up to Whitestack.
4. The people you refer must apply to some of the technological positions published in Jobs.
5. You can refer as many people as you want. 

Bonus

• The company will pay a bonus of 500 USD for each candidate referred through this program.
• The bonus will be paid as long as the person hired remains in the company for more than 3 months.
• To make the bonus payment effective, the referred person must start working at the company within a period of 6 months from the date on which the first contact with the recruiting area was made.
• To manage the bonus payment, we may ask you for additional information to prove your identity and comply with our due diligence processes. The foregoing is a necessary condition to advance with the bonus payment.
• All payments will be converted to the Market Representative Rate (TRM) of each country, to be payable in local currency.
• The value of the bonus is before taxes and legal deductions.

To make the corresponding bonus payment effective, the person referred through the program must start working in a period of less than 3 months from the date on which they have the first contact with the recruiting team. In the same way, this person must complete a minimum of 3 months in the Company.

Bonus exclusion

The bonus will not be paid if any of the following situations occur:

• If the referred person is already in the company’s selection process
• If the referred person has already filed a process with the company in a period of less than 6 months
• If the person stays in Whitestack for a period of less than 3 months
• If the referred person belongs to Telefónica, some Customer or Partner
• Failure to comply with the conditions mentioned above
